Joining Jack and Duchenne UK

In 2016, Joining Jack joined forces with another powerful charity adversary and friend, Duchenne UK, previously Duchenne Children’s Trust. The pioneering partnership united two powerful parent-led charities, our own Alex Johnson, mum to Jack, from Joining Jack, and Emily Crossley, mum Eli, from DCT, and enabled the pooling of funds and knowledge, created a joint Director of Research and is responsible for the most comprehensive, efficient way of working together to support the Duchenne community and help end Duchenne.

Duchenne UK is the UK’s largest funder of research treatments, clinical positions and clinical trials and also acts as the national Duchenne patient charity.
