DMD Programme Co-ordinator

AS part of the charity's support programme for vital research and staff positions, alongside a number of other charities, we have helped part fund the role of programme co-ordinator at the John Walton Muscular Dystrophy Research Centre at Newcastle University.

Kim Down has been appointed to the position and will work with funders and key stakeholders to ensure the needs and input of the Duchenne community are addressed during the research and clinical process. She is also helping to develop the treat-NMD advisory committee for therapeutics.
